It is important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of the company's control.

InSync Return Policy
We hope you feel in sync with your scent.
But if something doesn’t feel right, you may return your product within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unopened and unused.

Due to the sensitive nature of scent products, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal is broken or the product has been used.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it.
